Refund policy

 We want you to love your Sotelo piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window. You may request a return or exchange within [14] days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

Who pays return shipping:
- Changed your mind / didn't love it: the customer covers return shipping.
- Wrong size ordered: the customer covers return shipping (we're happy to arrange an exchange).
- Damaged or defective on arrival: Sotelo covers everything — return shipping and a replacement or full refund.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7-14] business days.
